From the Canberra Times:
Visitors to Floriade will be able to eat and drink their way around the world when the festival kicks off on September 14, quite fitting given this year’s theme is World in Bloom.
From local wines, to Nepalese street food, from Pialligo Estate’s award-winning smallgoods to Grease Monkey Burgers, there’ll be something for every taste.
Following the success of an increased local produce focus in 2018, Floriade has renewed its partnership with Pialligo Estate to run Floriade’s main cafe space with their Pialligo Urban offering. Other returning partnerships include Capital Brewing Co. as the beer partner, Contentious Character as the wine partner and Underground Spirits as the festival’s gin partner.
