Hello Travellers,

Welcome to the Rixon’s roster–your ‘what’s on’ for the rest of the year. To avoid disappointment, book now to secure your spot!

NEW Concession Fares

Many of our travellers will be pleased to know that Rixon’s has commenced a trial period of concession fares for travellers on the South Coast/Canberra Shuttle Service. If you hold a transport concession entitlement card, a seniors card, a pensioner concession card, or a veterans/war widow card, you are eligible for a 50% discount on all fares. So, for example, a one-way fare from Batemans Bay (Orient Street) to one of Rixon’s main ACT/Queanbeyan stops will now be $18. You can book online.

Eurobodalla Business Awards

In other news, we are thrilled to announce that Rixon’s is officially a finalist in this year’s Eurobodalla Business Awards and is also in the running for the People’s Choice Awards. By the time you receive this newsletter we should know the result from the awards presentation which is being held on 3 August. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who contribute to this family owned and operated business which has been serving the community for almost a decade. Rixon’s Buses is still the only daily door to door service transporting travellers between the South Coast (Milton to Ulladulla) and the ACT and Queanbeyan.
